CANCELATIONS

We please ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to provide us with 24hrs notice. Last minute cancellations may be subject to 50% of service fee added to the next scheduled appointment or  50% of the service fee charged to the card on file.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Salon 705 has a 15 minute late policy, if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment you will need to reschedule. Our time is booked by the hour and being tardy can create scheduling conflicts. 

Please arrive for your color appointment with clean dry hair. Hair that is dirty does not receive color as well as hair that is clean. This can also add time and added cost to your appointment.

CHILDREN

Although we love kids, offering services for children under age 12 is at the discretion of the service provider.

DISCLAIMER

All cut and/or color services are given a 48 hour "grace period" from the date of their appointment. If in this time you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of your service, we are happy to tweak the cut/color to reflect the items discussed in our original consultation free of charge. Any issues brought up after the grace period will require payment for further services. No refunds.
