CANCELATIONS AND TARDY POLICY:
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Salon 705 has a 15 minute late policy, if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment you may need to reschedule.
My time is booked by the hour and being tardy can cause scheduling conflicts. If I cannot contact you and you are 15 minutes late I will consider you a "No Show".
In order to continue to provide the best scheduling options for my guests, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations or "No Show's" may be subject to 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to re-booking a new appointment or changed to a credit card on file.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your color appointment with clean dry hair. Hair that is dirty does not receive color as well as hair that is clean. This can also add time and added cost to your appointment.
Although I love kids, offering chemical services for children under age 12 is at the discretion of the service provider.
If your child is not receiving services please make arrangements for childcare. The safety of your child is my top priority and unfortunately salons can contain many hazards to little ones and I want your session to be a relaxing experience for you! If you choose to bring your child and they damage something in the salon you could also be responsible for those damages.
All cut and/or color services are given a 48 hour "grace period" from the date of their appointment. If in this time you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of your service, we are happy to tweak the cut/color to reflect the items discussed in our original consultation free of charge. Any issues brought up after the grace period will require payment for further services. No refunds.
